With the coming of autumn, we are looking forward to
some cooler temperatures around here. We have had a hot
summer this year, or maybe I am getting older and it just
seems that way. Anyway, we had a great turn out at our
outing up in the Bradshaw's. We had about 35 show up
and about 20 spent the night there!
We want to thank Don D. for helping us find a new
claim, as BLM wouldn’t let us have the claim we had
filed for. This one has three creeks running into the
new claim. Dan will be telling you more as things get done.
We want to thank all of you that have put in your
time to help keep this club going. Without all you there
wouldn’t be a club. As you can see Robert Jordan was very
happy to win his nugget for volunteering! The next Big
Nugget drawing will be on November 1st. The nugget weighs in at 20 grains!
There are three new detectors now at the store.
We also have the new line of PROMASTER equipment. Be
sure to stop in and let us demo them for you!
And do remember there will be a meeting on Labor day.
The club has decided to go ahead and hold the regular meeting.
Our big winner, Ron Webb, of the 18 grain nugget won on August 2nd .
Our next big nugget raffle will be November 1st. So be sure to
get your tickets– You may be our next big winner!
